I am in east texas (Shelby county) and I am trying to program my uniden bcd996p2 scanner. I had it working for a few days, then my husband said it quit working. I have reset it, reprogrammed it, tried freescan, proscan, ARC TX, I am at my wits end. It says it is scanning, but nothing is picking up.BCD996P2 Driver. Step 2.
