Today my new cable box arrived, (Previous Post) I connected it but it just sits at the "Welcome, Bienvenido, Bienvenue." screen. Occasionally the screen will flash black for a second but for the most part it just sits there with the welcome message. I let it sit about 30 mins the first time.Step 1.
