Get 2 herblore lvs and get a +5 boost, or use melee and prayer flick protect from melee. Or get 1 kill/invent of food with range/mage.Mage/melee is definitely still better. For higher lvls (+90 melees) they are worth it. Iron drags I skip because the amount assigned is so high. But steel drags (10-20), mith drags (5-12) and black drags (10-20) are all very quick 15 min tasks and good for your slayer points. Irons and steels are pretty enjoyable afk tasks for lower lvls with mage.
Everyone wants stuff on a platter and through pvm, then they complain about dead content. Honestly the whole of the karamja rewards need to balanced.
