A leg wither skeleton, sa and spirit bow should be enough for f7 or mm1, IF you have decent magic power and skills. Personally, i use sup and it serves me well in basically everything. Necron is better, sa MIGHT deal more damage cuz of the full set bonus if you kill all mobs in dungeons, but Necron is just pretty much the same thing, better ehp and take -10% damage vs withers each piece.
