Doing early level outside dg may speed up getting the actualy tokens once you go back to dg. But factoring in the time spent getting dg up that way it is much much slower.Suggestion: Buff the bone crusher to either give more experience per bone, possibly give prayer points back per bone or even make it an equitable item in the ammo slot to provide extra prayer bonus.
