As someone who plays Azir and Ryze with mastery 7 on both, i agree that Ryze is harder, mainly because Ryze has no reliable AoE in teamfights, while with Azir's W you just have to right click with a good positioning. Actually using his kit isn't hard.i really like to grab phase rush, manaflow, celerity, gathering, then eyeball collection, ingenious hunter. as for items, i usually build fimbul/seraph depending on whether i'm in a tough matchup or not, then everfrost, cosmic and then either some tank items like frozen heart, warmog's, force of nature, thornmail or AP items like shadowflame, rabaddon, morello.Ryze mains when.
