What I do is when I get in an area with alot of items, I unequip the grappling arm so you can grab all of it. Once your done, just pop the grappling arm back in and your good to go. I finally got the drill and grapple arms for the prawn suit. Very nice, but now I am a bit confused about how to pick up individual items. I only ever used 1 grapple arm and after I get the jump upgrade I never needed it again. Never saw the usefulness of it except in certain early areas or if you enjoy using the Prawn suit for whatever reason.
