The best way to compare is to use the SD tables but keepin mind that typically DO's do worse on the USMLE than allopath students so this can devalue the COMLEX relative difficulty. Just a theory but now that COMLEX Level 1is P/F and everyone is going in slightly less prepared than in previous years, could it be that the % correct for each percentile/score may end up being lower this year.
