This restaurant was near our hotel. We went there on Sunday for breakfast. They open early, 7am. There were so many appealing items on the menu, I had a hard time choosing. My husband got Menudo and I had Carnitas Benedict. Both were delicious. My husband thought the menudo had good flavor. The tripe was trimmed well and cut in small pieces.. October 2018 sat answers
