The morning after i started using it, there was no audio on incoming calls. I could not hear the caller and the caller could not hear me. Outgoi g calls was perfect.

I can't hear anything the other person is saying on the line even at full volume. It works fine if I put the call on speaker and also on headphones, but can't hear anything on the phone itself.
