If I press reset repeatedly the blue and yellow lights will alternate: blue flashing RESET ...If your robot has problems with the yellow blinking light, please follow the troubleshooting below to determine whether the issue is due to excess weight, the bonnet connection, or the Anti-Pinch safety feature: *The blinking yellow light will switch to blinking red after 2 minutes if the cat sensor (CATS) has been continuously activated by excess weight.To release the bonnet, press the left and right tabs located in the front of the Litter Robot. After that, incline the bonnet top toward the back of the litter box. 3. Clean The Sensors. While the bonnet is removed, clean the two metal sensors using a damp cloth. I emptied out all of the litter thinking I added too much and tried to reset it but it's doing the same thing still. Mine LR has a blue, yellow, and red light. I have this little cheat sheet though that tells me what means what when the lights flashing and it says to contact customer service if all three are illuminated.Regarding issues with your Litter-Robot 3, you may also see the blue light blinking. Before troubleshooting, it’s advisable to: Unplug your power supply and then wait for 10 seconds. Plug the unit back in and allow it to complete its cleaning cycle.
